The office is located in the Cave Spring Professional Center on Electric Road. Once entering the office park, you will find 3239 is a green building at the back of the office park. The sign on the building says “Roanoke Partners In Health”. My office is located on the second floor.  You will reach the second floor via the staircase (no elevator is available).
